Service Contract

When you contact Seagas with a view to having your boiler serviced, we will agree a time when an engineer can come visit your residence. After having thoroughly inspected your boiler, the engineer will decide if it is serviceable and if so will carry out a full overhaul and service after which payment of €80 must be made and a service contract entered into. This contract will contain the details of the service such as work done, parts supplied, date work done, customer and engineer signatures, etc.

We are confident that any work we do on your boiler will maintain its proper working condition for at least a period of 12 months, which is the industry recommended interval for boiler servicing. We cannot guarantee this however. Under the terms of the Service Contract, if your boiler breaks down during this period, there will be no call out fee charged to you to diagnose the problem. It is intended that your boiler will be back up and running within an 8 hours of callout, dependent on parts required.

After the 12 month period has elapsed you may renew the service contract and have your boiler re-serviced for the repeat fee of €80.
